Check-Ins - the check-in time is 3pm and later. If you plan on arriving early, please let us know you are in town and we'll see if the condo is ready! If you plan on arriving after 6pm please contact us so we can make arrangements to leave your keys in a designated area.

Check-outs - the check-out time is by 11am. Returning your keys to the office is easy because we are on site!!!

Deposits - We require a deposit for all rental stays. If you will be renting for a week, the following deposit amounts must be paid; 1 condos - $200.00, 2 bedroom condos - $300.00, 3 bedroom condos - $400.00, and 4 bedroom condos - $500.00. If you are renting for less than a week, we require either one-night's rent or $100, whichever is greater.

Forms of Payment - for your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks, as well as cash.

Departure Cleaning - We do not require you to clean the condo upon your departure. What's more, we do not charge you for it either.

Optional Linen Package - the owners of the condos do not provide sheets and towels. It is your option to bring your own or rent sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths and bath mats for $15.00 per person per week.

Cancellations - If you need to cancel your reservation in the condo you have selected after you have paid your deposit, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded to you. There are no refunds for early departure.

Pet Tolerant Units - a few condo owners have decided to allow renters to bring their pets with them on vacation. We ask for a $100.00 security deposit to protect against damage. Units are pet tolerant all year except mid - May through mid - September. Please ask about units that accept pets.
